Everything you need to get your team up and running on ClawScale.
ClawScale is a managed, multi-user workspace that lets teams migrate their existing OpenClaw setup and use it collaboratively — with shared memory, admin controls, and role-based access.
ClawScale is not built on OpenClaw's core engine — it is a separate platform. To get started, you will migrate your existing OpenClaw configuration, prompts, and data into your ClawScale workspace.
Once your workspace is set up, invite staff by email. Assign each member a role (Admin, Member, or Viewer) from the admin panel.
The admin panel lets you configure your workspace's AI persona, upload knowledge base documents, manage user roles, and view usage across the team.
Upload SOPs, product docs, and internal guides. ClawScale retrieves from your documents first before falling back to general knowledge.
Define the tone, constraints, and expertise of your team's AI. Different personas can be assigned to different roles or use cases.
Every self-hosted OpenClaw deployment is different. When things break, tracing and fixing the cause is extremely difficult because OpenClaw's behaviour is probabilistic — it can change its own memory and responses over time.
Running OpenClaw against a local language model often results in slow responses and degraded output quality. ClawScale uses managed, cloud-hosted inference to avoid these issues.
For businesses running 100+ automated operations per day or processing external user data at scale, a pure OpenClaw setup may lack the predictability and observability you need. Ask us about our custom automation solutions that combine OpenClaw with traditional workflow tooling.
All ClawScale data is hosted in Singapore.
ClawScale is built with the Personal Data Protection Act (Singapore) in mind. Tenant data is fully isolated.
Each organisation's data is stored and served separately. No cross-tenant data leakage is possible by design.
